Delivery Information.


Free Delivery for orders over £50 (excluding setup or designing, delivery charges)

We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over £50 (excludes setup or designing or delivery charges).

Delivery is free on all orders over £50 (excluding set up, designing or delivery charges). A small charge of £3.99 for 3 to 5 day delivery & £5.99 for 2 days delivery is added to orders for shipping to mainland UK.

Please Note: Delivery time kick starts from the day your order is ready for dispatch not from the date of your order. We currently use various courier companies to send you the item but do provide you with tracking info wherever applicable.

Delivery to non-mainland and remote UK locations (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands) is not available at present.

As your ordered garments are specially customised for you, standard dispatch for all orders is 5-7 working days from the date order is ready for dispatch however at peak times the dispatch time can be longer. If you need your order by a specific date we will try and work towards this for you, but we can only guarantee a dispatch date if you select and pay for our express dispatch service.

An estimated delivery date will be displayed when you process your order. Please note, this date is dependent on you promptly responding to any communication from Aurbi Limited, such as to approve an embroidery proof. Failure to do so may impact on our ability to meet the originally specified timeframe.

It is possible. Please phone us after placing orders and we will do our best to save you multiple delivery charges. However, please bear in mind that once your order has been picked or is ready for dispatch, combining the order is not possible.

It is to limited countries only. At present we offer International delivery services but to major European countries only. There is a flat charge of £8.99 for International delivery which can take anywhere between 9-14 working days from the date the order is prepared and ready to dispatch.

Please Note: International orders can be returned only if they are faulty but shipping needs to be borne by client.

Your Delivery

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

UK orders are dispatched by either Royal Mail or through reliable courier.

It depends on the method of shipping. If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, he will leave a notice through your door or try again the next day. If it is a courier, normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date.

If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered again.
